Charlotte Ronson Brings the ‘60’s to Life for Spring 2015

Charlotte Ronson’s Spring/Summer 2015 collection was a contemporary take on 1960s fashion.

To the tunes of ‘Purple Rain” by her DJ sister Samantha Ronson, the designer showcased her latest collection in the Pavillion, in the tents at Mercedes-Benz New York Fashion week

Drawing inspiration from art, both artistic and feminine influences were at play in Ronson’s latest collection.

Using a soft color palette of blues and whites, Ronson presented a sophisticated yet sporty array of looks.

The collection highlighted Ronson’s growth in tailoring as we saw a range of silhouettes from playsuits, boxy tees and her trademark strappy dresses.

There was a recurring flower motif that tied the collection together and gave it the ultra-femme touch.

Some of our favorite looks were a mint playsuit with embossed detail and the Twiggy inspired white and pink round collar tee with matching mini-skirt.

With a nod back to the popular 1960s fashion trend, Charlotte Ronson’s Spring/Summer 2015 is sure to be a hit in the stores next spring.
